A collaboration of highly trained teachers using the Classical Pilates Method to challenge you physically, increasing your strength, flexibility and control, giving you the resilience you need when it really matters.

 

The Pilates Method, as it was taught in its original format by Joseph Pilates, is a systematic full-body workout, combining resistance and bodyweight training, using a full range of bespoke apparatus. Using this as our basis, we teach our students how to move in a safe and sustainable way creating strong, capable individuals. Come and work out with us in Colyton and in community venues across East Devon.

 

I am a Pilates convert and disciple, having never found an exercise that I could really enjoy, feel benefit and stick to....until I found Pilates.

I can finally feel strong but without pain!

As a midlife woman, I am at last feeling like the best version of myself.

The studio is well equipped and a joy to work in .

Pilates provides so much more than core strength, I can now carry a sleepy 8yr old boy up the stairs with strength & balance!
