The Pilates Method, as it was taught in its original format by Joseph Pilates, is a systematic full-body workout, combining resistance and bodyweight training, using a full range of bespoke apparatus. Using this as our basis, we teach our students how to move in a safe and sustainable way creating strong, capable individuals.
