Start with a spring (on the apparatus)…

Solid foundations are the key to building something strong and long-lasting, right? That’s why we recommend starting with a series of individual sessions when you join us. Ideally, that’s on the apparatus, starting with Joe Pilates’ Universal Reformer, so that you can experience working with spring resistance to build your control, together with your strength and flexibility.

Add a Mat session to practise your skills…

Once you’re becoming confident with your introductory Apparatus programme (which incidentally will always include some Mat for you to practise at home), you might like to add a regular group mat practice to your training schedule.

Don’t let geography be a barrier to upping your training, our group Mat Practices are both live and in-person at venues across our area, and also via Zoom direct to wherever you are.
